Photography Session Policies 

1. Rescheduling. If you need to reschedule your session, please notify me at least 48 hours in advance. 

2. Late Arrivals. If you arrive late, the session time will be reduced by the length of your delay, but no more than 30 minutes. 

Please note: I reserve the right to cancel the session if you are more than 30 minutes late.

3. No Additional Guests. For individual sessions, we work one-on-one. No additional guests (such as friends, family members, etc.) are allowed during the shoot. 

4. Personal Appearance. Maintaining a neat appearance is your responsibility. This includes clean hair, tidy makeup, and well-kept clothing. 

5. Wardrobe Tips

 • Colors: Neutral or pastel tones work best. Avoid bright prints, logos, or distracting patterns.

 • Comfort: Clothes should fit well and feel comfortable.

 • Options: Bring several outfits to allow for variety during the shoot.

6. Studio Fees. The cost of the studio is not included in the session price. If a studio is required, the client is responsible for the studio rental fee. 

7. Travel Fees. If the session takes place at a remote location, additional travel fees may apply. These will be discussed and agreed upon in advance. 

8. Image Delivery. Edited photos will be delivered within 2-3 weeks. Raw or unedited images will not be provided. 

9. Usage Rights. I reserve the right to use selected images for my portfolio, website, and social media unless you specifically request otherwise in writing. 

10. Weather Policy (for Outdoor Shoots). In case of bad weather, the session will be rescheduled at no additional cost. 

11. Communication. Clear communication is key. If you have specific ideas, preferences, or requirements, please share them before the session.
